Our mission: shedding light on
the Global South
CAP SUD produces rigorous prospective analyses on the economic, political and social dynamics of Southern countries — to inform public policy and strengthen international cooperation.
Why CAP SUD?
Global South countries represent more than 85% of the world's population, yet remain under-represented in knowledge production. CAP SUD fills this gap by grounding its research in local realities.
No partisan or governmental ties — our analyses follow facts, not political agendas.
Our researchers live and work in the regions they study. Proximity to the field is our comparative advantage.
Publications and activities in French, English and Spanish — to reach the entire Francophonie and beyond.
